Hide AdMental health services in Leeds are celebrating winning two prestigious awards in recognition of the way community services for people with mental health are delivered.
Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust, along with partners Leeds City Council and Volition, were awarded the Care Programme Approach Association Award for "Excellence in CPA Policy and Practice Standards" in recognition of their work in establishing a city-wide Care Programme Approach Policy for Leeds.
They have also won the "Excellence in CPA Training Award" for the delivery of staff training for the citywide policy.

Weight advice for parents
Parents concerned about their child's weight are invited to a series of free information sessions.
As part of Sheffield Let's Change4Life programme, experts from Leeds Carnegie Weight Management will be holding workshops over the next two months offering advice on healthy eating, exercise and maintaining a sensible weight.
The sessions begin today at 5.30pm in the Quaker Meeting House on St James's Street in the centre of Sheffield and each Wednesday will move
to a new venue.
