Broadway House relocates chambers
Broadway House Chambers now occupies a suite on the ground floor of 1, City Square, after being located in the city’s Park Square for 13 years. Simon Mydlowski, a solicitor in Yorkshire law firm Gordons’ commercial property department, advised Broadway House on the agreement for lease and license for alterations at its new home, in addition to the break of its old lease.
Meanwhile, Jack Wolfskin, a provider of outdoor clothing, footwear and equipment, is opening its seventh store in the UK.

Hide AdMountain Paw-Print Limited, Jack Wolfskin’s franchise partner, will be opening the 1,200 sq ft store in Oakgate Land’s Trinity Square development on Boar Lane. Sanderson Weatherall LLP acquired the unit on behalf of Mountain Paw-Print.
And in Wakefield, property adviser, GVA, has been instructed to market the Zenith Control Centre in Wakefield on behalf of the Department for Communities and Local Government.
