Golf course goes on the market as family calls it a day after 40 years
As well as the golf course, Cocken Lodge has a driving range of 12 indoor and six outdoor bays with automated ball delivery. Players also have access to a new clubhouse.
The Holmes family has spent almost 40 years growing Cocken Lodge from a small caravan park.

Hide AdThere is now a caravan sales and storage business alongside the golf course, and a licence for residential caravan units. There is also planning permission for a further residential house.
