What was your first job?
I worked in an estate agents – it’s a great place to start out for anyone interested in property as you get to see first-hand the buying and selling process from all sides.
If you weren’t in your current position, what would you be doing?

Hide AdI would be at home writing novels but like most people who have that ambition, finishing one is a bit of a stumbling block.
What was your worst mistake?
A lifetime of procrastina- tion.
Describe your ideal day away from the office.
Visiting somewhere new...I love being a tourist.
Name the one person you would most like to have dinner with.
The Queen. It is amazing what she has achieved over the years and she really is a national treasure. The Jubilee was great as it felt like the entire nation recognised her role and celebrated the way in which she has been a figurehead through so much of the last century.
What was your best subject at school?
Politics – I am always interested in a good debate.
What would you do if you won the lottery?

Hide AdI would say I intended to spend a lot of time in the sun, however I suspect I would miss Yorkshire too much.
What is your top time saving tip?
Don’t be a slave to checking your emails.
What is your favourite time of the day and why?
Friday nights are always the best as I know I have a full weekend to look forward to.
What would you like your epitaph to be?
“Veni, vidi, vixi” – I came, I saw, I lived.
