Optix Software finishes £450k expansion
The company, which supplies software to more than 550 independent opticians nationally, hopes to boost its revenue to £5m.
Optix received £60,000 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) Growing Places funding towards the refurbishment.
The expansion has already created seven new jobs.

Hide AdManaging director Trevor Rowley aims to grow the workforce to 50, from its current 30 staff.
The refurbishment work has added 1,200 sq ft of additional space and took five months to complete.
New facilities include a training centre, which will be used to deliver additional product training for customers.
The suite includes twelve monitors and two large flat-screen televisions to demonstrate the software.

Hide AdStaff facilities have also been upgraded, incorporating a full-sized pool table and table tennis, large flat screen TV, coffee machine and dishwasher.
A secure bike park and locker room with showers has also been added for staff who cycle to work.
Mr Rowley, who also owns Viewpoint opticians in York, said company ethos and environment is important for staff when choosing a job.
