Page’s new centre will create jobs
The Leeds-bsaed company has secured a 100,000 sq ft pre-let on Henry Boot Developments’ Markham Vale Business Park in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
Construction will start on February 15 with completion in July. It will be the biggest building to date to be constructed at the site.

Hide AdThe Leeds and Nottingham offices of Jones Lang LaSalle advised Henry Boot Developments on the 15-year lease. The rent agreed equates to £4.43 per sq ft.
Leeds-based Andrew Page has 62 branches, employing 1,600 people and is one of the UK’s largest distributors of car components, workshop equipment and tools.
Markham Vale is a 200-acre business park located directly adjacent to junction 29A of the M1.
It is being developed by Sheffield based Henry Boot Developments in partnership with Derbyshire County Council and is targeted at attracting a range of new sustainable employment opportunities to the area.
