West Yorkshire man found 'photographing the stars' in Bolton Abbey despite lockdown
North Yorkshire Police found the man at 10.30pm on Saturday, April in Bolton Abbey, near Skipton.
He told police he had travelled so that he could take pictures of the stars.
The man was gave a fixed penalty notice.

Hide AdOfficers said that they also encountered a lot of people travelling to the Malham area from West Yorkshire.
Two people were also fined for travelling from West Yorkshire to Helmsley to have a barbecue and go camping.
"However, to stop the spread of this potentially lethal virus, to protect the most vulnerable in our communities, our loved ones and our health service – we must all stay at home.
"No view is worth risking lives for.
" Yesterday a large number of people travelled to North Yorkshire, particularly the Malham area, from West Yorkshire and beyond.
"Thanks to our increased police patrols, many received fines.
"Exercise can be and should be taken locally."
