As well as a massed male voice choir including choristers from the Beverley and Driffield Male Voice Choirs, the guest artists for Sounds of Celebration on Saturday October 22, will be the world famous Brighouse and Rastrick brass band.
Conducting the combined choirs will be musical director Julian Savory; accompanists will be Dorcas Leather on the piano and Ian Cockerline on the organ.

The choir has had a busy year so far, appearing at four concerts, with recent performances to capacity audiences at Burton Agnes Hall and Withernsea.
Terry Wallis, from the choir, said they were delighted with sales: “Already three months’ prior to the concert, advance ticket sales have well exceeded our expectations with already 50 per cent of available seating already reserved.
“We very much hope that this momentum will continue and again on this occasion we shall enjoy a capacity audience to this concert which we see as being the jewel in our crown of Centenary Anniversary events.”
