Festival to help vulnerable children
Contours Festival will take place on the afternoon of Thursday, June 6 at four venues in Sheffield city centre – the student’s union, the University Arms pub, the Harley in Glossop Road, and DQ nightclub in Fitzwilliam Street.
Mike McQuillan, assistant events manager at Sheffield University students’ union, said: “The name, acts, venues, design, and all aspects of the festival have been chosen by volunteers, with myself and other students’ union staff offering support and guidance to the team.

“We’re really hoping that all Sheffielders will show an interest and come and participate in the festival’s inaugural year.”
