Neighbour 'at end of his tether' spared jail for wine bottle attack
A householder pushed "to the end of his tether" by a neighbour's refusal to improve his run-down property which prevented the sale of his own has avoided a jail term for attacking him with a wine bottle.
Michael Marshall, from Batley, was given a community sentence.
