Chiefs paid £2m in Games build-up
The £2,172,992 total up to September 30 includes £1,842,805 in basic salaries and fees plus a £330,187 performance-related award to chief executive Lord Deighton, accounts show.
With a £1,049,992 financial package, which included a £719,805 salary for the 18 months, Lord Deighton was the highest paid director. Now a Treasury Minister, he is donating his award to charity.

Hide AdThis is a “cumulative performance related award” over the seven year build-up to the Games, it was noted by Locog.
Chief financial officer Neil Wood, London 2012’s other executive director along with Lord Deighton, was paid £390,000.
Chairman Lord Coe took home a salary of £535,500 for the period.
Other non-executive directors alongside Lord Coe include deputy chairman Sir Keith Mills who was paid £75,000, and the Princess Royal, who received £6,000.
Lord Coe said London 2012 was “on track” to break even when its final accounts are filed later this year.
