Harmison out of Tykes’ Northants clash
The former England pace bowler has been ruled out of tomorrow’s County Championship match against Northamptonshire at Wantage Road with an injury to his left side.
Harmison - nearing the end of a one-month loan spell from Durham - suffered the injury during the latter throes of yesterday’s Championship fixture against Leicestershire at Grace Road.

Yorkshire had talked about the possibility of extending the loan, which expires before the visit of Second Division leaders Derbyshire to Headingley Carnegie on August 15.
But with Ryan Sidebottom on course to return from a calf injury in time for that match, it seems unlikely Harmison will come back to Yorkshire.
The 33-year-old had struggled markedly since signing for the county, serving up a remarkably mixed bag of material.

In his 42 overs, Harmison also sent down 18 wides and 11 no balls, along with a succession of wayward deliveries.
He was even jeered by a section of the Grace Road crowd after a shaky start to the recent match.
Harmison’s place at Wantage Road is likely to be taken by all-rounder Rich Pyrah, while Yorkshire have chosen not to add to the 13-man squad on duty at Grace Road.
