Blades sign striker King
The 33-year-old has joined the Blades after agreeing a deal until the end of the season after leaving Birmingham City by mutual consent in August.
“Marlon is vastly experienced and has scored goals throughout his career, many of which that have come in the Championship,” said Blades manager David Weir.

“Marlon has recently played international football so although he hasn’t played at club level this season we will be looking to introduce him as quickly as possible.”
The Jamaica international has had numerous clubs over the years including spells at Leeds United, Hull City, Middlesborugh, Nottingham Forest and Watford.
King started his career at Dulwich Hamlet, before becoming a trainee at Barnet. After making over 50 first-team appearances for Barnet he moved to Gillingham in 2000 for a fee in excess of £250,000.
