The three Cellino family members join a six-man United board which also includes chairman Salah Nooruddin, Salem Patel and Daniel Arty.
Arty’s appointment as a director was confirmed last week, little over a month after he and Cellino pushed through a 75 per cent buy-out of Leeds from Gulf Finance House (GFH) through their UK company, Eleonora Sport Limited.

Hide AdPatel - one of the architects of GFH’s takeover of United in 2012 - has been a board member for around 18 months, and Nooruddin became club chairman last summer.
Under the terms of Cellino’s recent buy-out of Leeds, Nooruddin is to stay as chairman until the end of next season.
Neither he nor Patel have been seen at Elland Road for several months.
