Rotherham United end Jake Forster-Caskey loan as Charlton Athletic swoop
Forster-Caskey was recently told he had no future at the club by interim-boss Paul Warne, having made just seven appearances this term.
He returned to Albion by mutual consent and has linked up with Addicks boss Karl Robinson, who he previously worked with in a loan spell at MK Dons.
