Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder answers Matt Done's plea to move forward
The Sheffield United player was utilised in a left wing-back position for spells last season, but has been told by Wilder that his future is back where he prefers – up front – as the new Blades boss hones his plans for 2016-17.
Done said: “I want to play at the top of the pitch and the gaffer has said that straightaway and it is music to my ears. I can’t wait to get going.

“I did a job for the team last year, but football is all about opinions and it was the previous manager’s opinion where to play me.
“So I am not going to say anything about that.
“But of course, I want to play here up front, that is why I came here.
“Before I started playing left-back, my goal ratio was pretty good for the first six months and I scored nine in 15 starts or whatever it was.”
