Hide AdSharks head coach Atiba Lyons said: “It’s great to have Marsden back on board. He embodies what the club is, a tough, blue collar worker, that puts his head down, works hard and never complains. He sets a great example for our younger guys.”
Marsden averaged 10.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.1 assists through all competitions last season. He helped the club reach the BBL Trophy final in 2018 and to a runners-up finish at the 2019-20 British Basketball All-Stars Championship.
Marsden said: “I’m really looking forward to another season with the Sharks, especially with the way the last one ended due to the pandemic. The club has done a great job bringing back some familiar faces that will help us pick up where we left off.”
